27th March '13 - Souter CMS
Regular customer G & S Souter LTD commissioned an upgrade to their customer management system. While there are now several 'off the shelf' CMS systems tailored to window cleaning they do not offer a service customised to the individual business.
Souter's customer management system offers; mobile access, online payments, route management and reporting.
3rd September '12 - Firefox Users
Frankly I was a lot surprised by the stealth plugins that accumulate from various installs. It's worth checking your plugins if you are a firefox user and updating / removing the ones you didn't explicitly install.

Hired by Cresent to build an import suite in C# for their WorkSafe® product, a ISSoW work control system. While no additional work will be undertaken, our clients can expect the usual high standard of maintainance, but no further hardware support can be provided at this time.
30th September '11 - Clan Grant
Sir Archibald Grant of Monymusk has had the Clan Grant pages renovated and re-located to the Monymusk Estate intranet where it will be served to the world. Fitting that the largely geneological and clan history based site be served from such a historic and relevent location.
Though still in development we felt it was evolved enough show here.

Using PDQs' can be a pain across a phone line, slow and prone to failure. We are seeing more and more businesses opt for an online PDQ such as Stuart Souter's window cleaning company (G & S Souter LTD) and as cheques are becoming obsolete in the very near future this is something we expect all businesses that deal with many transactions per day will be choosing.
Cardsave's solution is utterly painless to integrate into just about any company intranet and it's very fast. Should add that the support team are excellent, and UK based. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to process transactions painlessly.

Established in 2006 this Inverurie based Cosmetic Clinic approached us for an internet presence in 2008. We delivered a great looking content managable website and are very pleased to launch the lastest incarnation.

17th June '11 - Souter Site
Running since 1992, Souter Window Cleaning is a small Kemnay based company with around 10 employees and a fleet of custom Landrovers. We built a customer management system for them which has been running happily since 2008 and recently we were asked to build their website which we think looks quite nice (link above).

29th March '11 - Something about Position
Business cards may be a simple enough design process once the logo is finalised, but it never fails to amaze me how much time can be spent on positioning.
Certain elements remain fixed such as bleed space for the printer, what the client is looking for in terms of layout, keeping the design uncluttered et cetera but getting rid of the less appealing layouts can be time consuming.
Still, for all the repositioning I think it's there now. I love the simplicity of the Tagaca brand and the cards reflect that well.
